GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The support of athletes by athlete support personnels under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Director, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every athlete support personnel carrying on the support of athletes shall furnish Form A to the National Sports Board within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every athlete support personnel carrying on the support of athletes shall make an application in Form A to the National Sports Board within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the support of athletes is undertaken, and the National Sports Board shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Telangana.
