GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The handling of sensitive personal data by body corporates under the Kerala Police Act, 2011, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the adjudicating officer, the Government of Kerala, after careful examination, hereby orders that every body corporate carrying on the handling of sensitive personal data shall furnish Form A to the Government of Kerala within seventy-two hours.
2. The matter has been examined. Every body corporate carrying on the handling of sensitive personal data shall make an application in Form A to the Government of Kerala within seventy-two hours, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the handling of sensitive personal data is undertaken, and the Government of Kerala shall dispose of it within seventy-two hours of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Information Technology Department, Government of Kerala.
