In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Prevention of Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1988 (46 of 1988), the Central Government hereby directs that the powers exercisable by it under section 9 shall, subject to its control, also be exercisable by the Inspector.
