GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The management of the property of a minor by guardians appointed by the court under the Uttarakhand Uniform Civil Code Act, 2024, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Marriage Officer, the Government of Uttarakhand, after careful examination, hereby orders that every guardian appointed by the court carrying on the management of the property of a minor shall furnish Form I to the Government of Uttarakhand within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every guardian appointed by the court carrying on the management of the property of a minor shall make an application in Form I to the Government of Uttarakhand within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the management of the property of a minor is undertaken, and the Government of Uttarakhand shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department, Government of Uttarakhand.
