GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The use of water by users of water under the Karnataka Ground Water (Regulation and Control of Development and Management) Act, 2011, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Executive Engineer, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every user of water carrying on the use of water shall furnish Form C to the Tribunal within ninety days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every user of water carrying on the use of water shall make an application in Form C to the Tribunal within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the use of water is undertaken, and the Tribunal shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Karnataka.
