GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION

Subject: The running of a training centre by training centres under the Maharashtra State Reservation for Socially and Educationally Backward Classes Act, 2018, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Chief Commissioner, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every training centre carrying on the running of a training centre shall furnish Form II to the Chief Commissioner within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every training centre carrying on the running of a training centre shall make an application in Form II to the Chief Commissioner within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a training centre is undertaken, and the Chief Commissioner shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government resolution may be brought to the notice of the Social Welfare Department, Government of Maharashtra.
