GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The procurement of goods and services by procuring entities under the Gujarat Infrastructure Development Act, 1999, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Drawing and Disbursing Officer, the Government of Gujarat, after careful examination, hereby orders that every procuring entity carrying on the procurement of goods and services shall furnish Form GFR 12-A to the Controller General of Accounts within sixty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every procuring entity carrying on the procurement of goods and services shall make an application in Form GFR 12-A to the Controller General of Accounts within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the procurement of goods and services is undertaken, and the Controller General of Accounts shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Gujarat.
