Recital: "Whereas difficulties have arisen in giving effect to the provisions of the Kerala Chitties Act, 1975 (Kerala Act 23 of 1975); NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 34 of the said Act, the Government of Kerala hereby makes the following Order to remove the difficulties, namely:".
