Recital: "Whereas difficulties have arisen in giving effect to the provisions of the Coastal Aquaculture Authority Act, 2005 (24 of 2005); NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 56 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby makes the following Order to remove the difficulties, namely:".
