GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The receipt of public funds by privates body funded by a public authority under the Karnataka Sakala Services Act, 2012, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Public Information Officer, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every private body funded by a public authority carrying on the receipt of public funds shall furnish Form C to the Government of Karnataka within forty-five days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every private body funded by a public authority carrying on the receipt of public funds shall make an application in Form C to the Government of Karnataka within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the receipt of public funds is undertaken, and the Government of Karnataka shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Information Technology Department, Government of Karnataka.
