GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The service of process by process servers under the Uttar Pradesh Civil Laws (Reforms and Amendment) Act, 1954, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Registrar, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every process server carrying on the service of process shall furnish Form C to the Government of Uttar Pradesh within thirty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every process server carrying on the service of process shall make an application in Form C to the Government of Uttar Pradesh within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the service of process is undertaken, and the Government of Uttar Pradesh shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Food and Civil Supplies Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
