GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: Participation in procurement by bidders under the Karnataka Transparency in Public Procurements Act, 1999, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Drawing and Disbursing Officer, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every bidder carrying on participation in procurement shall furnish Form GFR 21 to the Government of Karnataka within sixty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every bidder carrying on participation in procurement shall make an application in Form GFR 21 to the Government of Karnataka within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which participation in procurement is undertaken, and the Government of Karnataka shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Karnataka.
