GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The business of a real estate agent by real estate agents under the Uttar Pradesh Urban Buildings (Regulation of Letting, Rent and Eviction) Act, 1972, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Rent Controller, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every real estate agent carrying on the business of a real estate agent shall furnish Form C to the Rent Controller within thirty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every real estate agent carrying on the business of a real estate agent shall make an application in Form C to the Rent Controller within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the business of a real estate agent is undertaken, and the Rent Controller shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Commercial Taxes Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
