Recital: "Whereas difficulties have arisen in giving effect to the provisions of the Maharashtra Motor Vehicles Tax Act, 1958 (Maharashtra Act 65 of 1958); NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 33 of the said Act, the Government of Maharashtra hereby makes the following Order to remove the difficulties, namely:".
