In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020 (Telangana Act 9 of 2020), the Government of Telangana hereby directs that the powers exercisable by it under section 9 shall, subject to its control, also be exercisable by the Tahsildar.
