GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The publication of a periodical by publishers under the Andhra Pradesh Cinemas (Regulation) Act, 1955, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Press Registrar, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every publisher carrying on the publication of a periodical shall furnish Form II to the Government of Andhra Pradesh within sixty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every publisher carrying on the publication of a periodical shall make an application in Form II to the Government of Andhra Pradesh within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the publication of a periodical is undertaken, and the Government of Andhra Pradesh shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Information and Public Relations Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
