GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION
Subject: The employment of women by employers of women under the Maharashtra State Commission for Women Act, 1993, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Protection Officer, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every employer of women carrying on the employment of women shall furnish Form III to the District Magistrate within thirty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every employer of women carrying on the employment of women shall make an application in Form III to the District Magistrate within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the employment of women is undertaken, and the District Magistrate shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government resolution may be brought to the notice of the Women and Child Development Department, Government of Maharashtra.
