GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The operation of a critical facility by operators of a critical facility under the Uttar Pradesh Fire Prevention and Fire Safety Act, 2005, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the District Collector, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of a critical facility carrying on the operation of a critical facility shall furnish Form C to the State Authority within seven days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a critical facility carrying on the operation of a critical facility shall make an application in Form C to the State Authority within seven days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the operation of a critical facility is undertaken, and the State Authority shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
