GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The cultivation of land as tenant by tenants under the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Tahsildar, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every tenant carrying on the cultivation of land as tenant shall furnish Form 7 to the Tahsildar within ninety days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every tenant carrying on the cultivation of land as tenant shall make an application in Form 7 to the Tahsildar within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the cultivation of land as tenant is undertaken, and the Tahsildar shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Revenue Department, Government of Telangana.
