Recital: "Whereas difficulties have arisen in giving effect to the provisions of the Karnataka Municipal Corporations Act, 1977 (Karnataka Act 14 of 1977); NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 23 of the said Act, the Government of Karnataka hereby makes the following Order to remove the difficulties, namely:".
