Recital: "Whereas difficulties have arisen in giving effect to the provisions of the Factoring Regulation Act, 2012 (12 of 2012); NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 32 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby makes the following Order to remove the difficulties, namely:".
