GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION

Subject: The manufacture of drugs by manufacturers under the Maharashtra Nursing Homes Registration Act, 1949, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Inspector, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every manufacturer carrying on the manufacture of drugs shall furnish Form 25 to the Drugs Controller within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every manufacturer carrying on the manufacture of drugs shall make an application in Form 25 to the Drugs Controller within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the manufacture of drugs is undertaken, and the Drugs Controller shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government resolution may be brought to the notice of the Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of Maharashtra.
