Recital: "Whereas difficulties have arisen in giving effect to the provisions of the Notaries Act, 1952 (53 of 1952); NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 72 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby makes the following Order to remove the difficulties, namely:".
