GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The administration of a trust by trustees under the Uttar Pradesh Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple Act, 1983, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Charity Commissioner, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every trustee carrying on the administration of a trust shall furnish Form B to the Charity Commissioner within ninety days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every trustee carrying on the administration of a trust shall make an application in Form B to the Charity Commissioner within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the administration of a trust is undertaken, and the Charity Commissioner shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Revenue Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
