GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION

Subject: The running of a society by societies under the Maharashtra Prevention and Eradication of Human Sacrifice and other Inhuman, Evil and Aghori Practices and Black Magic Act, 2013, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Charity Commissioner, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every society carrying on the running of a society shall furnish Form C to the Board within sixty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every society carrying on the running of a society shall make an application in Form C to the Board within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a society is undertaken, and the Board shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government resolution may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Maharashtra.
