ORDER
Subject: The holding of a mass gathering by organisers of a mass gathering under the Delhi Fire Service Act, 2009, regarding.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Delhi Fire Service Act, 2009 (Delhi Act 2 of 2009), the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi is pleased to order that
1. In the circumstances reported by the District Collector, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, after careful examination, hereby orders that every organiser of a mass gathering carrying on the holding of a mass gathering shall furnish Form A to the National Authority within thirty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every organiser of a mass gathering carrying on the holding of a mass gathering shall make an application in Form A to the National Authority within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the holding of a mass gathering is undertaken, and the National Authority shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this order may be brought to the notice of the Housing Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
