In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the National Capital Territory of Delhi Laws (Special provisions) Act, 2011 (5 of 2011), the Central Government hereby appoints, with effect from the date of publication of this notification, the officers specified in the Table below to exercise the powers of the Central Government within the jurisdiction set out against each.
