GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The administration of a trust by trustees under the Odisha Hindu Religious Endowments Act, 1952, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Charity Commissioner, the Government of Odisha, after careful examination, hereby orders that every trustee carrying on the administration of a trust shall furnish Form A to the Government of Odisha within ninety days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every trustee carrying on the administration of a trust shall make an application in Form A to the Government of Odisha within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the administration of a trust is undertaken, and the Government of Odisha shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Odisha.
