Recital: "Whereas difficulties have arisen in giving effect to the provisions of the Assisted Reproductive Technology (Regulation) Act, 2021 (42 of 2021); NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 60 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby makes the following Order to remove the difficulties, namely:".
