GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The management of a waqf by mutawallis under the Rajasthan Public Trust Act, 1959, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Charity Commissioner, the Government of Rajasthan, after careful examination, hereby orders that every mutawalli carrying on the management of a waqf shall furnish Form C to the Charity Commissioner within sixty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every mutawalli carrying on the management of a waqf shall make an application in Form C to the Charity Commissioner within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the management of a waqf is undertaken, and the Charity Commissioner shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Women and Child Development Department, Government of Rajasthan.
