GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The operation of a hazardous installation by owners of a hazardous installation under the Andhra Pradesh Fire Service Act, 1999, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the District Collector, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every owner of a hazardous installation carrying on the operation of a hazardous installation shall furnish Form B to the State Authority within twenty-four hours.

2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a hazardous installation carrying on the operation of a hazardous installation shall make an application in Form B to the State Authority within twenty-four hours, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the operation of a hazardous installation is undertaken, and the State Authority shall dispose of it within twenty-four hours of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
