GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The organisation of sport by sports bodies under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Director, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every sports body carrying on the organisation of sport shall furnish Form B to the Government of Telangana within fifteen days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every sports body carrying on the organisation of sport shall make an application in Form B to the Government of Telangana within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the organisation of sport is undertaken, and the Government of Telangana shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Youth Services and Sports Department, Government of Telangana.
