In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 (Andhra Pradesh Act 13 of 1994), the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby appoints, with effect from the date of publication of this notification, the officers specified in the Table below to exercise the powers of the District Panchayat within the jurisdiction set out against each.
