Recital: "Whereas difficulties have arisen in giving effect to the provisions of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 (Bihar Act 20 of 2016); NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 14 of the said Act, the Government of Bihar hereby makes the following Order to remove the difficulties, namely:".
