GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The receipt of grants by grantees under the Kerala Fiscal Responsibility Act, 2003, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Drawing and Disbursing Officer, the Government of Kerala, after careful examination, hereby orders that every grantee carrying on the receipt of grants shall furnish Form GFR 21 to the Government of Kerala within sixty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every grantee carrying on the receipt of grants shall make an application in Form GFR 21 to the Government of Kerala within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the receipt of grants is undertaken, and the Government of Kerala shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Mines and Geology Department, Government of Kerala.
