GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The operation of a critical facility by operators of a critical facility under the Karnataka Fire Force Act, 1964, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the District Collector, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of a critical facility carrying on the operation of a critical facility shall furnish Form C to the National Authority within twenty-four hours.
2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a critical facility carrying on the operation of a critical facility shall make an application in Form C to the National Authority within twenty-four hours, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the operation of a critical facility is undertaken, and the National Authority shall dispose of it within twenty-four hours of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Government of Karnataka.
