Recital: "Whereas difficulties have arisen in giving effect to the provisions of the Maharashtra Lokayukta and Upa-Lokayuktas Act, 1971 (Maharashtra Act 46 of 1971); NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the said Act, the Government of Maharashtra hereby makes the following Order to remove the difficulties, namely:".
