GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION

Subject: The running of a school by managements of a school under the Maharashtra Universities Act, 2016, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Registrar, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every management of a school carrying on the running of a school shall furnish Form A to the Government of Maharashtra within ninety days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every management of a school carrying on the running of a school shall make an application in Form A to the Government of Maharashtra within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a school is undertaken, and the Government of Maharashtra shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government resolution may be brought to the notice of the Education Department, Government of Maharashtra.
