GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The running of a society by societies under the Odisha Hindu Religious Endowments Act, 1952, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Charity Commissioner, the Government of Odisha, after careful examination, hereby orders that every society carrying on the running of a society shall furnish Form B to the Government of Odisha within sixty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every society carrying on the running of a society shall make an application in Form B to the Government of Odisha within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a society is undertaken, and the Government of Odisha shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Water Resources Department, Government of Odisha.
