Hyderabad, dated the 22nd March, 2021

GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The occupation of land by occupants under the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Tahsildar, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every occupant carrying on the occupation of land shall furnish Form 1 to the State Government within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every occupant carrying on the occupation of land shall make an application in Form 1 to the State Government within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the occupation of land is undertaken, and the State Government shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Information Technology Department, Government of Telangana.
