GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION

Subject: The holding of a mass gathering by organisers of a mass gathering under the Maharashtra Fire Prevention and Life Safety Measures Act, 2007, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the District Collector, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every organiser of a mass gathering carrying on the holding of a mass gathering shall furnish Form B to the National Authority within seven days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every organiser of a mass gathering carrying on the holding of a mass gathering shall make an application in Form B to the National Authority within seven days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the holding of a mass gathering is undertaken, and the National Authority shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government resolution may be brought to the notice of the Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Government of Maharashtra.
