GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The use of a motor vehicle by owners of a motor vehicle under the Kerala Motor Transport Workers Welfare Fund Act, 1985, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the registering authority, the Government of Kerala, after careful examination, hereby orders that every owner of a motor vehicle carrying on the use of a motor vehicle shall furnish Form 23 to the Regional Transport Authority within sixty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a motor vehicle carrying on the use of a motor vehicle shall make an application in Form 23 to the Regional Transport Authority within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the use of a motor vehicle is undertaken, and the Regional Transport Authority shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Kerala.
