In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Public Financial Institutions (Obligation as to Fidelity and Secrecy) Act, 1983 (48 of 1983), the Central Government hereby directs that the powers exercisable by it under section 9 shall, subject to its control, also be exercisable by the Registrar.
