GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The execution of contracts by contractors under the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2012, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Drawing and Disbursing Officer, the Government of Rajasthan, after careful examination, hereby orders that every contractor carrying on the execution of contracts shall furnish Form GFR 21 to the Controller General of Accounts within sixty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every contractor carrying on the execution of contracts shall make an application in Form GFR 21 to the Controller General of Accounts within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the execution of contracts is undertaken, and the Controller General of Accounts shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Rajasthan.
