Recital: "Whereas difficulties have arisen in giving effect to the provisions of the Goods and Services Tax (Compensation to States) Act, 2017 (15 of 2017); NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 69 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby makes the following Order to remove the difficulties, namely:".
