NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976), the Central Government hereby directs that the powers exercisable by it under section 9 shall, subject to its control, also be exercisable by the Secretary of the Gram Panchayat.
