GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The administration of a trust by trustees under the Madhya Pradesh Public Trusts Act, 1951, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Charity Commissioner, the Government of Madhya Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every trustee carrying on the administration of a trust shall furnish Form A to the Government of Madhya Pradesh within thirty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every trustee carrying on the administration of a trust shall make an application in Form A to the Government of Madhya Pradesh within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the administration of a trust is undertaken, and the Government of Madhya Pradesh shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Labour Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh.
