ORDER

Subject: The storage of relief materials by suppliers of relief materials under the Delhi Fire Service Act, 2009, regarding.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Delhi Fire Service Act, 2009 (Delhi Act 2 of 2009), the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi is pleased to order that

1. In the circumstances reported by the District Collector, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, after careful examination, hereby orders that every supplier of relief materials carrying on the storage of relief materials shall furnish Form A to the National Authority within twenty-four hours.

2. The matter has been examined. Every supplier of relief materials carrying on the storage of relief materials shall make an application in Form A to the National Authority within twenty-four hours, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the storage of relief materials is undertaken, and the National Authority shall dispose of it within twenty-four hours of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this order may be brought to the notice of the Consumer Affairs Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
