GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The sale of seeds by dealers under the Punjab Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1961, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Registrar, the Government of Punjab, after careful examination, hereby orders that every dealer carrying on the sale of seeds shall furnish Form B to the Government of Punjab within fifteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every dealer carrying on the sale of seeds shall make an application in Form B to the Government of Punjab within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the sale of seeds is undertaken, and the Government of Punjab shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Tourism Department, Government of Punjab.
