In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Maharashtra Fiscal Responsibility and Budgetary Management Act, 2005 (Maharashtra Act 15 of 2005), the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints, with effect from the date of publication of this notification, the officers specified in the Table below to exercise the powers of the Government of Maharashtra within the jurisdiction set out against each.
